At Distributorexclu, we take great pride in creating quality handmade cards and printed materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our handmade cards and printed materials, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been produced to your specifications. Each piece is created specifically for you based on your design choices and personal information. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your handmade cards or printed materials arrive damaged or with production defects, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, including original shipping charges. We stand behind the quality of our work and will make it right.
Order Errors
If we made an error in producing your order such as incorrect text, wrong design, or missing items, please notify us within seven days of receipt. We will reprint the correct items at no charge or provide a full refund. You will not be required to return the incorrect items. Please review your order confirmation and design proofs carefully before approving production to help prevent errors.
Standard Non-Custom Items
For standard, non-personalized cards from our ready-made collection, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if cancellation is requested before production has begun. Once we have started creating your handmade cards or printing your materials, cancellation is not possible, as resources and time have been dedicated to your specific order. If you need to make changes to your order after production has started, additional fees may apply.
Color and Display Variations
Please note that colors may appear differently on various screens and monitors. We provide digital proofs to help ensure accuracy, but printed materials may have slight color variations from what appears on your display. These minor variations are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects. If you have specific color requirements, please discuss them with us before placing your order.
Handmade Characteristics
Our handmade cards may have slight variations in texture, finish, and appearance. These unique characteristics are part of the artisanal quality of our products and are not considered defects. Each piece is individually crafted, which means no two items are exactly identical.
Shipping Damage
We package all orders carefully to ensure safe delivery. If your order is damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and either send replacements or provide a refund. It is helpful to note any visible damage on the delivery receipt when accepting the package.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items or confirming the issue with your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.
